Founded in 2011 by the directors, ADS has since delivered 331 projects, 2,894 apartments, 8 educational facilities & various other projects with the specific aim of delivering design excellence based on environmental, social and economic principles. ADS Architects is an architectural design firm focused on achieving innovative, environmentally sustainable project solutions for their clients. The design studio is directed by well-established architects, Mohamed Eldardeiry and Pavlo Doroch with 25 years combined experience, with a team of internationally experienced architects planners and technicians comprising the practice group.

The essence of the Leura Cascades interior design is a complementary response to its verdant, mountain surrounds and façade design. The interior materials provide natural finishes such as timber and stone delivering luxurious living.
